Anode trimming unit is used for correcting the shape of anode plate.It can avoid damage to slotaccuracy and electrolysis effect caused by irregular ear and rough plate when entering electrolyzer by correcting anode plate.

Unqualified anode plate can be detected within the range of weighing accuracy of 2‰;

The vertical degree of the anode: after the bottom milling of the hanging lug, the anode is hung naturally by the ear, and 95% of the anode deviates from the vertical line less than or equal to 3mm;

Row spacing accuracy: the accuracy of each spacing is equal to or better than 1.5mm, and the cumulative accuracy of the whole groove is equal to or less than 2.5mm

The anode output temporary storage rack shall be equipped with a positioning device and a transfer trolley for a special wagon.
